Faculty members of CABA are involved in the creation of new knowledge as well as the development and teaching of relevant current practical applications. As researchers they explore, study and test new software's in various disciplines. As consultants they advise firms in response to today's environment. And as experienced teachers they impart the knowledge that will most benefit a selected group of participants.

This blend of experience, scholarship and dedication assists CABA's faculty to present an integrated approach to learning and problem solving. They interact from the first day till last with participants both in and out of the classroom, lecturing, advising and exchanging ideas during classes, breaks, meals and social activities. Class size is controlled so that each participant has the opportunity to discuss individual queries or concerns with faculty members. While group discussion is encouraged, individual attention and seminars form an integral part of the executive educational experience at CABA.

Each program emphasizes the importance of analytical and decision - making skill development as well as mastery of the concepts presented. The faculty team continues to modify and update the program content.
